Important Safety Information

Warning: Mild digestive discomfort, headache, fatigue, or temporary changes in energy levels may occur in some individuals. Serious reactions are uncommon when used under provider supervision. Discontinue use and contact your provider or call 911 if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, unusual fatigue, or any unexpected symptom.

What is the intended use of anti-aging therapy?

Anti-aging medications offered through Fem Haven Rx may support cellular health, antioxidant protection, and age-related metabolic balance as part of a personalized, provider-supervised wellness program. These medications are compounded formulations prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider — they are not FDA-approved.

Each anti-aging option is reviewed individually by a licensed provider to confirm suitability based on your health history, symptoms, medications, and long-term wellness goals. These therapies are intended to complement foundational habits — nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management — not replace them.

Limitations of use

Anti-aging therapy is used as part of wellness and longevity-focused programs. Individual results vary, and results are not guaranteed. These medications are not intended to reverse aging, cure disease, or produce immediate cosmetic outcomes.

Human clinical evidence for longevity benefits of some anti-aging compounds is still developing, and long-term effects may differ between individuals. Anti-aging therapy is most effective when paired with healthy nutrition, regular movement, adequate sleep, and ongoing provider oversight. It is not designed for excessive or unsupervised use.

Who should avoid anti-aging therapy?

Anti-aging therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Do not begin treatment if you:

  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • Have active cancer or a recent history of cancer
  • Have a hormone-sensitive condition, including estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer history, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids
  • Have uncontrolled or unstable health conditions
  • Have significant kidney or liver impairment
  • Have a known sensitivity to any ingredient in the prescribed formulation
  • Are taking an azole antifungal, a macrolide antibiotic, or a medication that interacts with rapamycin (discuss with your provider)
  • Are taking a blood thinner such as warfarin (discuss INR monitoring with your provider before starting resveratrol)

If you are taking any prescription medication, supplement, or herbal product, share the complete list with your provider before starting anti-aging therapy. In some cases treatment may be delayed or not recommended to ensure safety.

How is anti-aging therapy administered?

Anti-aging therapy at Fem Haven Rx is offered in three delivery forms depending on the program selected: oral capsules, sublingual triturates, and oral tablets. Your licensed provider will determine the appropriate formulation, dose, frequency, and duration based on your individual health profile, tolerance, and wellness goals.

Clear instructions are provided during onboarding to support appropriate use and long-term adherence. Follow your provider’s specific instructions exactly. Do not increase the dose or frequency on your own.

Common side effects

Anti-aging compounds used in this program are generally well tolerated. When side effects occur, they are typically mild and temporary. These may include:

  • Mild digestive discomfort, nausea, or diarrhea
  • Headache
  • Fatigue
  • Temporary changes in appetite
  • Lightheadedness
  • Mild joint discomfort (rare, with resveratrol)

Side effects often resolve as the body adjusts. Persistent or worsening symptoms should be discussed with your provider promptly.

Serious side effects to watch for

Serious side effects are uncommon when anti-aging therapy is used as directed under provider supervision. In rare cases, individuals may experience prolonged discomfort, unusual fatigue, signs of an allergic reaction, or unexpected reactions — particularly if underlying health conditions are present, if interacting medications are taken, or if usage instructions are not followed.

Contact your provider promptly, or call 911 in an emergency, if you experience:

  • Signs of an allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)
  • Unusual or prolonged fatigue
  • Unexpected bleeding or bruising (particularly if taking blood thinners)
  • Persistent digestive symptoms that do not resolve
  • Any symptom that feels significantly out of the ordinary

Licensed provider oversight, appropriate scheduling, and routine monitoring help minimize risk. Fem Haven Rx includes periodic follow-ups to monitor tolerance, assess progress, and adjust care plans when appropriate. These check-ins are important to ensure continued safety and alignment with your wellness goals.

Drug interactions

Several anti-aging compounds interact with commonly prescribed medications. Always provide your provider with a complete list of all prescription medications, over-the-counter medicines, supplements, and herbal products before starting treatment. Key interactions include:

  • Rapamycin — major interactions with azole antifungals, macrolide antibiotics, and grapefruit (avoid grapefruit during treatment)
  • Resveratrol — may interact with warfarin and other blood thinners (INR monitoring recommended); may affect drug metabolism through CYP enzymes
  • All compounds — inform your provider of any hormonal medications, blood pressure medications, or immune-affecting medications before starting therapy
